The California Village gated community is comprised of two distinctive components: the first is California Residences; with a total of 234 distinctive villas and town houses, and the second is California Heights; offering 150 units as part of two apartment buildings. GFH Properties will also be managing and overseeing the operation of Events Mall in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. GFH Capital , a subsidiary of GFH Financial Group, acquired the leasehold interest in Events Mall in May 2015.
The mall extends over an area of 131,000 sqm and 56,189 sqm of leasable space. the mall is 100% occupied by retail shops, restaurants, kiosks, and cafes with Lulu Hypermarket and Matajer Al Saudia as the main anchor tenants within the mall.

Villamar @ the Harbour (Villamar) was launched by Gulf Holding Company, a Kuwaiti real estate investment and development company, and is one of the flagship projects that shape up Bahrain’s skyline and landmarks. Harbour North is a cornerstone of GFH Properties’ strategy. The project fits into the grand scheme of residential and commercial offers that are being developed at BFH. The project is planned for a 30,000 sqm plot surrounded on all sides by the Arabian Gulf.
