Haitham Fekry

Haitham Fekry joined GFH as Managing Director – Real Estate Development and CEO GFH Properties in December 2018. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all GFH Properties and Hospitality developments, projects and subsidiaries.

Mr. Fekry joined the Group with nearly 25 years of diverse real estate industry experience.  Most recently, he served for four years as Executive Director- Development at Eagle Hills, Abu Dhabi. Other senior roles previously held include eight years at Emaar Misr for Development, where he last served as Senior Development Director. Mr. Fekry has also held other strategic industry positions in engineering, marketing and sales.

Mr. Haitham is a holder of Masters of International Business Administration from Ecole Superieure Libre Des Sciences Commercials Applique’s in Paris-France. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture Faculty Of Fine Arts, Cairo, Egypt in addition to being a Candidate of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Chicago, USA and obtaining a Certificate in Project Management from the American University in Cairo.
